Ownership and vision.

The Maxamec Trust owns 70% of Maxamec. The Trust’s primary goal is to ensure that the vision prevails. Stability itself is one of the reasons for the Trust being a majority owner, since it means the company cannot be sold for 90 years. The foundation licenses names, patents, copyrights and other rights to Maxamec Global Pte Ltd. It also has the authority to veto any products that do not stimulate the creativity of children, are considered pacifying or in any way violence-related. One of the Trust’s cornerstones is the idea of increasing the possibilities for children everywhere to live and develop in a non-violent environment. This is why 5% of our turnover will be distributed to children in need.
