The Maxamec story

Once upon a time, not long ago, there was a father and his five-year-old son, Alfred, who loved to play.
One day the father made a surprising discovery: Alfred enjoyed big toys, like pedal cars and motor bikes, but he only used them once. He also loved small toys like building blocks, because he could change them and make new things. But he wanted to build bigger toys,
toys his own size you couldn’t buy in any store, because they didn’t exist!

So, as a Christmas gift, the father bought his son a carpenter’s bench and some wood, and the son started to build his own toys. First, Alfred built a submarine, but it sank in the bathtub, so the boy built an airplane, then a boat, all with the same pieces of wood!

The father saw this and soon came up with the idea for a new kind of toy system that would let kids build many individual toys their own size, like a go-kart, doll carriage and more, with colorful, reusable parts. And that’s how Maxamec was created!

When Alfred took the very first Maxamec toy sets to school, his classmates started building all sorts of things, immediately.

The teachers were amazed and said, “This is the first time we’ve ever given children a toy without needing to explain it to them. In fact, we’ve never had a toy like Maxamec that’s so simple, so perfect, it lets children create, play and learn again and again.” That’s the unending fun of Maxamec. The big, creative toy made for kids. And every adult who loves them.
